Ingredients

Milk

1 cup

Chia seeds

4.5 Tbsp

Strawberries

1 cup

Kiwi fruit

120 g

Vanilla extract

1 tsp

Honey

1 tsp

Steps

1.

Pour the milk 🥛 into a bowl and mix in the vanilla extract and honey (can always add more honey to taste)⁠

2.

Mix in the chia seeds, stirring thoroughly and making sure there is no clumping ⁠

3.

Cover the bowl with a lid and allow the mixture to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours⁠

4.

Remove, spoon the pudding over chopped strawberries and kiwi or other toppings of choice, serve and enjoy!⁠
